Help dappy, new page

Dappy is a no-DNS web browser and name system, its goal is to be the safest, and most accurate public name system, in addition to providing blockchain-native experiences, and unlocking new trust models. The first commit goes back to summer 2018, current release (4.4) is the 17th release of dappy browser.

Please consult this page if you wish to help the project going through the summer, and preparing ICO and launch of name system.
